1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Baulin Technologies Limited website at baulin.co.uk and the subscription services we provide. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Baulin Technologies Limited is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

2. Our Services

Baulin Technologies Limited provides Website as a Service (WaaS) and technology management services for UK businesses. Our services include but are not limited to website design, development, managed hosting, business email setup, domain management, SEO, and ongoing technical support.

2.1 Service Tiers

We offer four subscription tiers: Presence, Authority, Prestige, and Enterprise. The specific features, limitations, and pricing for each tier are set out on our pricing page at baulin.co.uk/pricing and in your individual service agreement.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

3.1 Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are as published on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

3.2 Setup Fees

A one-off setup fee is payable before we begin building your website. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. The setup fee covers the initial design and build of your website and is separate from your recurring subscription.

3.3 Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. By providing your payment details you authorise us to charge the applicable fee on each billing date. If a payment fails we will attempt to contact you and retry the payment. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of your service.

3.4 Annual Billing

Clients who choose annual billing receive a 15% discount on the monthly rate. Annual fees are non-refundable except where we are in material breach of these terms or as required by law.

3.5 Price Changes

We will give existing subscribers at least 30 days written notice of any price increases. You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the revised price.

4. Cancellation

4.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving us 30 days written notice by email to hello@baulin.co.uk. Your subscription will continue until the end of the notice period and you will continue to have access to the service during this time.

4.2 By Us: We may cancel your subscription immediately if you: fail to pay any fees due after reasonable notice, breach these terms in a material way, use the service for unlawful purposes, or bring our business into disrepute. In such cases we will not be liable to refund any fees already paid.

4.3 Consequences of Cancellation: On cancellation we will provide you with a full export of your website content and code within 14 days. We will assist with migration to alternative hosting at our standard hourly rate. We are not responsible for any losses arising from the cancellation of your subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you provide to us including text, images, logos, and brand assets. You grant us a licence to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

5.2 Our Work: The website we build for you remains the intellectual property of Baulin Technologies Limited while you are subscribed to our services. Upon cancellation of your subscription we will transfer the code and content to you as set out in clause 4.3. The Enterprise handover package transfers full code ownership upon payment of the handover fee.

5.3 Our Brand: All trademarks, logos, and brand assets belonging to Baulin Technologies Limited are our exclusive property. You may not use our brand assets without our prior written consent.
